Terms & Conditions

• Prices are in South African Rand, per night, and include 15% VAT and breakfast (except for Family Units where breakfast is excluded).
• To secure a reservation a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• For large, multi-room bookings, full payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• The rate for children under 12 is R350.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation up to 7 days before date of arrival: 100% of the deposit will be refunded
• Cancellation within the 7 days before date of arrival: no refund of deposit
• For large, multi-room bookings, cancellation within 14 days before date of arrival: no refund of full payment.
